Google Planimeter - Measure Acreage Through Google Maps!

(1/5) > >>

Found out about this http://www.acme.com/planimeter/ on the QDMA Forum today and had to post it here!  Talk about an awesome site, just point and click and measure acreage using images from Google Earth!  BTW, now I know our corn field at the camp is 2.8 acres and it took me about 30 seconds to measure it and have it calculated!

Very handy lil tool thank you for the link!

Split toe:
Now that is a cool tool thanks for sharing.

That thing is great! Thanks for the link!

If anyone is interested in measuring acreage on an iPhone or iPad, please use the following app promo codes to download a free copy of Planimeter. The links will open the App Store on the iPhone/iPad or iTunes on a Mac or Windows.

If the codes are used up before you have a chance to get the app, let me know and I'll send another one. I have some more before they expire on June 30th.

The app's iTunes link is http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/planimeter-measure-map-distance/id423492040?mt=8.
