How many points do you count?
« on: July 19, 2009, 01:16:02 PM »
I am getting pretty excited about this deer that has been hitting up my mineral lick - looks to be a shooter.  At least I would shoot him if I could stop shaking long enough to get the shot off.  We are not sure though exactly how many points he has.  Anyone thoughts?

Hard to tell, need him to get his buddies out of the photo --7-8-9 , I'd say at least 12 and could be as many as 16. You got a couple of keepers there by the looks -00-9 @--0--0104

Can't really tell, but I think I counted 14. Also, there could be other small stickers you can't see!  I would say more than enough to have him on the wall!!  -00-9  Great buck!!

is your mineral lick in a food plot, if so, trim it down once and awhile to keep him coming to that fresh forage and minerals.  good luck with him.

I tried to blow up the photos, but didn't help much.  I would say 13-15 pts, maybe more.  He's definitely a shooter, that's for sure.
