The area I hunt is just over 3 hour's drive from home.

We process the meat at the concession and from there its into the deep freezer.

All the venison I have eaten from African game including Rhino is good eating but if I have to choose it would be

1. Bush pig

2. Kudu

3. Blue Wildebeest
