That is actually pretty cool.  Sounds like a great time.  Sorry I can't be there.  So if the arrow touchs the blocks but still makes it thru and sticks in the target behind does it count??

Yes Red that does look dangerous for arrows but that's why they make more.

It was an awsome event last year.  I dug out my old XX75s for the shoot and it was a good thing as I didn't make it too far before my arrow was toast.  I am definitely planning on being there again this year.  I planned my vacation around it only pick the week of the Talk Hunting campout.

I always ask why you wouldn't shoot your best arrows? You are tuned and and have the best patteren wouldn't that be the arrows you use for a chance at a $375 prize? Trust me hoyt if your arrow even touches the wall it gets trashed! I inspect the arrows that come close just because of the safety, don't want a defective arrow blow up, but on the wall!  @--0--0118

Mine made it to the target last year but the impact of slaping the block from stopping snaped it in half.... I was out.  One arrow only per shooter.

Shoot to many and that could hurt the bank account! But sounds like lots of fun.

I would shoot my arrows that I am tuned with.  I just wondered if you touched the blocks if you were out.  Sounds like with one arrow per guy you would be cause I would not want to shoot an arrow after hitting that.  Sounds like a great time.

As long as your arrow gets into the target...it can touch the blocks.  If you slap the blocks and hit the target it'll probably bust the shaft...and it's only one arrow per shooter.  Always check the shafts if you brush a block.  Last year I shot CE Maximas...not too expensive.  This year I've got Aramid KV's...yikes.
