Official TalkHunting Anniversary Party (Southern Division)

TalkHunting.com officially turns 1 year old on July 7th, 2009. To celebrate, we are hosting a member get together in 3 different locations and hope that you will be able to attend. The member events we have had in the past have been great fun and we expect this one to be no different. If you have been to a member event in the past, you know what I am talking about. If you haven't, then this will be a good time to catch one.

When - July 24-26 2009
Where - Scottland Ridge Hunting Club - East Camp - Tunnel Springs, AL  (about 10 miles north of Monroeville, AL

Please either PM me directly or post reply to the Chit-Chat board so we can keep this thread clean.

Here is the address for the camp for you guys with GPS or one who want to put this into Google Maps for directions.

49 Tunnel Hill Rd.
Peterman, AL 36471

Here is a link to google maps. Just hit the "Get directions" link and put in your starting address for turn by turn directions.

Google Maps

Direction from Monroeville:

Head north on Hwy 21 from Monroeville.
Go to mile marker 53 on Hwy 21
Tunnel Hill Road is a few hundred yard past mile marker 53 on the left.
We are the 3rd house on the left.

Below are a few items we still need. If anyone wants to volunteer for them let me know and I will put your name by them. Plan for about 30 people total. We have a full kitchen with stove, microwave, 2 fridges, and a deep freeze. So if you need to prepare and dishes in the kitchen, that will not be a problem. My plan is to keep all drinks in the cooler, and leave the fridges and freezers for food.

Vegetable/Side - Trey (Hunting Club Member) (As soon as I find out what they making I will update this)
Vegetable/Side - gobble1975 (As soon as I find out what they making I will update this)
Vegetable/Side - BOGO (Squash and Cucumbers)
Vegetable/Side - bcotton
Sheet Cake w/ TH Logo - Bugfixer
Dessert - TNCowgirl
Dessert - TBD
Napkins and Paper Towels - TNCowboy
Dessert Paper Plates - WVWhitetail
Paper Bowls - WVWhitetail

This is about all we needs that I can think of. If it is not on this list, then we already have it. Be sure to read HM's post about about what to bring. If anyone can thing of anything else let me know.
