Hang a stand, clear a shooting path, stay out of the area as much as possible then, as soon as the season opens....WHACK 'em.

the bow...Mathews Z7
the arrows...5575 Gold Tip Expedition Hunters
the broadheads...100 grain Slick Tricks
the result...hours of enjoyment and "fresh meat"

I know what to do. Broadhead right behind the front shoulder would work. ;D, Nice deer I hope you get a chance at him.

Wait till you see him without velvet, then if hes a shooter pop him, if not let him grown until next year.

That is true.  He looks young is his body. I would consider letting him walk for another year. Was this on your own lease, private land or public land?

i am pretty sure he is only 2.5 - although i do have my doubts - the bases are really what is throwing me off - his body screams 1.5 - 2.5 yo - i even have pictures of him standing next to a spike/4 pointer that i know is no older than 2.5 and they are the same body size

Judging by his bases I would think he's 3.5. Only sure way is to shot him and then age him. Once he sheds his velvet maybe you'll get a better idea of what he is. It's your call if he's a shooter or not.

is that corn on the ground? if it is if you can get 55gal barrel with lid cut four inch by two inchhigh slits around bottom sides of barrel for a cheap feeder that way your corn wont get wet and mold plus it will hold 10 to twelve sacks of corn.
