That looks like one of Lee's early patchs, The field was mostly clover to start with, He put in a couple of sample packages of several types from Whitetail Institute and maybe added some Turnip seeds to it

Yep she right, that field had about 3 WTI sample orders in it along with a sample package from someone else (don't remember who) plus I added extra turnips down one side. Not showing in these pictures is a plot with WTI PowerPlant in it. These fields originally had clover and wild Alfalfa mixed in with milkweed, briers and timothy, much of the field is still what was there to start
