Our last day was May 30, the woods were pretty quiet except for the hens out walking their poults. The deer were out with their fawns and the fox with their pups. It was a good time but the gobblers didn't want to play. On to the streams for some trout and hopefully I can get in a walleye trip or two with my softplasticguru on Rippinglipz

Posting up on the porch and the continuous movement of raising your glass to your lips isn't conducive to a successful turkey hunt! But, hey, I'd take that porch scene over climbing mountains in May any day!

Those mountains get higher every year, the porch, not so much.  --099-780
