I wouldn't pay that much for it but it would sure be a fine tool when doing controlled burns in the woods.  It's a "high powered" fire pot/drip torch that dispenses a gas/diesel mix under pressure.  Beats dragging an old burning tire behind your horse to create fresh grazing for the woods cows.  I could see a forestry management company or the Forest Service using one of those.  Technology is overtaking us, fellers!

We used better devices for controlled burns than that.
