I won't be getting a check (not complaining, nice problem to have) but will keep encouraging donations to charitable orgs trying to keep people fed and healthy during this circus.

But heck yeah, it's also a good idea to help the economy by buying some new toys.  Thinking about building a 9mm AR pistol, looking at plasma cutters, maybe a new router for the woodshop . . .

Yari - Yes I did and thanks but I am going to keep my money locally.....except there is a 223 Cooper that has caught my eye as well....

I agree with you buck, yep let's stimulate the economy......

Mad - Yes it is a nice problem to have...LOL...like you due to my smarter self back in my youth, I have lots of investments and have just picked up a couple of stocks. Switch everything to Bond funds before the real virus hit....hear it was coming a few days before it hit and decide to change them before it really hit. Also have a few mutual funds and a couple of jumbo CD's (I just renewed them in the end of Jan and the middle of Feb, but have a low income...even with two nice pension and my SSA I live sort of comfortable.....but for the first time this year, we will be getting a check from due to the disaster flooding (Relief DR-4427) in which I had to rebuild the whole house, from roof and gutter to complete downstairs remodeling and other items.......normally I pay every quarter!!

Anyway, wife was reading on the internet a few minutes ago that the check that we (most of us except Mad) receive will be tax free! it will be label a tax credit....and as always I was doing the numbers in my head as it comes to taxes, I always consider them first....especially when it comes to the Government!!!

Thanks for the comments from everybody.....now on to Bud's Gun Shop in Sevierville.....I think I will stop and get my TN Smokies (Baseball tickets) for the shorten season. Think that they have said that it will start on June 1st or sometimes around then....

BP - Good idea, I told the wife that when we can go out and eat (when the restaurants open back up) will visit them twice as many times as we normally do to help the servers that we normally use.....But that is a great idea that you have....and plan on picking up more meal for larger groups of first responders as well when I see them at our restaurants......we all need to do that!!!
