Btw, Roger, my 870 has a weaver 2.5 scope on it, and on my Henry 45 colt, I use a weaver 3.0 scope.
Don't ask the Lord to guide your steps, unless you're willing to move your feet.

Sounds like good choices for that distance Louie.  Too many people overdo it on magnification and miss good shot opportunities.
