Even new barreled actions are not cheap , imo, unless you buy a milsurp.  Saw some Howa barreled actions the other day, can't remember the site, and they were $350 and up. You can get t a complete AR for a little more than that.
Don't ask the Lord to guide your steps, unless you're willing to move your feet.
