Shed time
« on: February 18, 2019, 05:17:10 PM »
Found one 4 spike shed in my backyard today. I took the tractor out of the garage to make the garage look bigger as we had a couple looking to buy the house.

The shed is a Nice memento as I hope to sell this home.

Not something magnificent but just a way to remind me of all the days I hunted in my backyard.

Reminds me of a similar shed I found on my land several years back.

Interesting thing was I found each when I was driving my John Deere across the lawn. Both missed nailing my tractor tires!

If it ever gets warm again I may cover the ground to see if I could find anymore sheds.

This post reminds me, I have to bring the tractor back inside in case we get more snow as the plow is attached!

I have been looking for sheds while driving the buggy across the fields, but have had no luck.  Then yesterday evening I spotted three bucks feeding in the field...all of them still had both sides.  So, it's gonna be a little longer wait before I can give it a go on the shed hunting.  I wish you northern guys could send some snow our way.  I haven't seen snow in over 5 years and am dying to enjoy it once again, just for a few days anyway.

it sounds like we could get another foot this week and crush the old record. if you really miss it, you can come up and plow for me --099-780

Nice!  That's a cool way to remember the good times in your house. Good luck with the sale!

Last weekend I saw elk still carrying last years antlers (large) and I also saw several with as much as 8" of new growth for this year, it sure has been crazy. I also saw a sow black bear with a new cub that appeared to be about 25-30 pounds cross the road in front of me.
