It's a good thing we only have 11 more days left in the year, I'm thinking selling the boat was not a good idea. More rain on the way for the next several days.  @--0--0126

Yes indeed we are looking at another inch or inch and half starting today and all  day tomorrow temps in the 60's!!! No wonder everybody has the creeping crud. i have another week to Muzzleloader hunt and I guess I'll have to break out the waders to get to my stand. Maybe i'll just go waterfowl hunting instead!!!

Beginning with Hurricane Michael we got 8.7", then during November we got 8.6" and so far in December we have gotten 5.8" and more coming out of the Gulf in a few hours, Fellers that is 0.9" less than 2 feet of rain! ##$%#1119  Talk about wet! --7-8-9   Two trail roads in the woods are like railroad tracks, just drop into them and let the truck go, steers its' self most of the time.
Bambi is still out there somewhere, can't let a little rain slow us down!

We were having a relatively dry year until November came along.  Good news is that my pond is now filled back up again, glad to see that, but I know you guys out east and to the north have been seeing rain all year.

This by far was the worst Deer season in my neck of the woods in decades. The majority of archery followed by crossbow season was getting hammered with pouring rain.My creek flooded my road to my bridge and bridge was flooded as well. That 45 ft span is my only access to that part of my land due to the swampland. As far as Rifle season goes the majority was under 2 ft plus of snow.More coyote sign than deer sign forcing deer into the swamp.I did altho pass on a few smaller bucks and does in hopes they survive another year.
