I wonder if they are edible? No sushi for me but crank up the BBQ if edible!

I had rattlesnake in a restaurant outside Denver , Colorado some time back when I was working with the USFL. Multi-tiered seating levels, very interesting place.

They are edible for sure. You would need a bunch of friends to eat all that snake!!

I'm all for hunting them nasty buggers down, but dang if there's that many of them out there I'm not sure I wanna be out walking around.  Can I snipe them from a helicopter perhaps?

I wish I could remember the name. It was 83-85 and we had league meeting and drove to the outskirts of the city of Denver I believe to the restaurant. The four sides of the restaurant had several levels you could look down to the main square dining section. Rocky Mountain Oysters cooked and original, rattlesnake, Bison, Elk on the menu. I liked it, just cant reacall the darn name. The penalty of time I reckon.

Somewhere in my house I have the USFL player contract. Someday I should dig it up and sell it on eBay. Maybe after Vince MacMahon starts his new football league. I do have my USFL  desk paperweight that the keague engraved my name on it.

Flint- that sounds like the Buckhorn. it's right by the RR tracks and has the oldest liquor license in CO. when we went it was 4-5 stories. tons of old pics of cowboys and the old west. we ended up easting and getting sucked in by one of the fireplaces. a guy pulled out his guitar and sang and told jokes for hours. it was a hoot
