Give that boy the following choice:  Show up at work Monday and agree to pay back 100% of your prior disability payments in the next year, or go directly to jail.  We have to stop letting these slimeball lawyers get rich by defending slimeballs and getting them out of these situations.  Make the lawyer have some skin in the game too and some of this nonsense will stop.
