3 night time visitors

These boys showed up at this site for several nights, maybe they'll hang around for a while.  Had a daytime picture of one of them at another site, eating sand pears that I had picked up in the yard and dumped in the woods.

Wow Tree, that's a pretty good looking bachelor group for Florida - not sure when your rut starts, but until you get close to that point I expect you'll see them a lot as long as your food supply holds out.

Madgomer,  The rut in Zone D, the Panhandle where we live is supposed to peak the 3rd week of January.  Our season goes out near the end of February and we still see bucks chasing in March.  Spotted fawns are just now showing up around here.  The rut down in the Everglades has already come and gone and it progresses up the state and then to the west.  The archery season in the 'glades started at the end of July. If a feller wanted to, he could deer hunt for 7 months in Florida. ##$%#1119
