well my dunston chestnuts

have nuts on one tree after 4 year in the ground. for you guys looking for something for deer you need to plant these on your hunting ground
turkey season was a bust hope deer season is better

I called this year. they aren't cold tolerant in my area. I wish they were. i'd plant a bunch

when I bought them they were 3 years old so 7 years is not bad to start have nuts one thing is they flower later so less frost problem and do nuts every year
