Sounds to me like every service member, regardless of branch, needs to head to the VA for hearing tests if they were issued these hearing protection devices.

In addition to the 9.1Mil already assessed all associated costs to include increases in % of disability should be paid by 3M also.  >:(

Just another case of corporate greed, and taking advantage of the tax payers.

it's sad to say that I know a lot of military guys that 'forget' to put them in. that said, 3M needs to correct the errors they responsible for.
