Chucky #5
« on: July 17, 2018, 08:44:02 AM »
Gosh I love the Henry H001. Plus I thought I'd better keep up with my great friend Louie. It's been getting tougher to catch them unaware of my approach. Having said that I've changed my tactics. Gone back to longer range. I delivered the nap pin to this guy at 50 yards. He was standing up in his hole looking around he didn't see me so I made sure he never would. I suppose I could have scared him to death if I was closer and met him face to face.

Good job, Paul!  Me thinks we got us a horse race now!  Btw, I love my Axis, I don't even think about taking out my 22rf.  The Axis does a much better job.

Louie as you said in your topic; all young ones so far. I have a big 15 pound buck chuck that I only see once in a while and always without a gun. Someday he'll slip up and he'll be mine.

Let's make a deal Louie... If you win you send me 1/2 the prize purse, WHEN I win I'll give you 1/2. This way we both win!  @--0--0101

You'll know for sure that Dutch is getting nervous when he sets aside the .22 and starts taking the chucks with one of his long range toys. Good luck to both of you guys, we're all enjoying the race!

Good job to both of you, keep those chucks falling. We have some very large ones here in the back yard but the neighbors love the NO discharging of firearms in the housing plan. I do believe they have the police on speed dial just in case. BTW the GAMO Whisper isn't all that quiet whisper they claim  ##$%#13
