and I got my Gobbler!! Got him Wed morning at 6:15 am hunted a total of 30 mins  ;D . I had hunted the spot the day before with a new turkey hunter trying to call one in for him. The gobbler was there and was answering everything I threw at him but he would not poke his head up over the hill. So we moved on him but it was too late he just quit gobbling at 7am done. We tried an couple of other spots and worked another bird about 9:30- no dice henned up. Well my hunter had to leave on Tuesday so I went back the spot we hunted on Wed and moved down the hill to a gas road. He gobbled at 5:45 way above me across the township road!! I called he answered I shut up. About 10 mins he and 2 jakes and 5 hens flew down in the gas well just about 100 yds above me- I called he answered i shut up. He gobbled twice close I purred he step out on the road at 40 yds and took a load of Nitros. 18 lbs 9 in beard 1 in spurs.

Congrats, Bluetoe, you didn't give up, kept at it, and bagged a nice tom!
