Thanks PJ for the post.....We all knew this was coming, Remington has been under pressure to file for a couple of years now. Thanks to all the lawsuits and lawyers and court cost, etc. Have been following this for years now. What is Remington's next move? Chapter 11 isn't a bad thing for Remington right now, just feel sorry for their stockholders....

We have a tendency to blame the gun and not the person pulling the trigger. What about the use of trucks and cars, do we go after the Cars and Truck Manufacturers, no we go after the person who committed the crime.

If it was not for firearms, there would be no Second Amendment, no freedom and most important, no United States of America!!! There is a reason why the second amendment is the second and not the third or forth or fifth amendment.....
