Animal Lover
« on: February 19, 2018, 01:25:02 PM »
I did't see this in person but it was told to me.

A local town in my area was having their early spring festival this past weekend. There was going to be some animal rights protesters there. Sure enough there was. Well low and behold one of the locals had the idea to express his love of animals too.

He donned his raccoon hat, buckskin shirt, sheep skin chaps, doe skin moccasins, rabbit mittens and buffalo robe.

The sandwich board sign he wore read on the front... I LOVE ANIMALS!  the back... BUT HATE THE COLD! and listed his garments.

Amusing I thought.

No confrontations happened. This guy is about the same size as BLUETOE and has shoulder length hair and beard. Sorta like Grizzly Adams.

Beautiful.  See if you can get some contact info for that gentleman, I may want to hire him if similar events take place in our vicinity!   --099-780

That's awesome, keeping warm and loving animals in your neck of the woods is all about survival of the fittest. Isn't it?  @--0--0123

Hunters and fisherman contribute and do more for wildlife than any of these tree huggers.

I'd love to see a pick of "Grizzly Adams" and the expressions on the activists faces.

And here's the other likely irony of that situation Dutch described:  If one of the protesters got hurt somehow, ol' Grizzly would probably readily step up and help them out.  If the reverse happened, the protesters would probably all go into a frenzy at the opportunity to kick him while he was on the ground.
