Deer Funnel
« on: December 19, 2017, 06:47:42 PM »
Sorry folks, trying to find the thread I started on TH is very hard to find on TapaTalk so I gave up and will start this thread feel free to move it

Anyway, here is the deer feeder funnel I bought online long ago and was never able to find the seller again.

Here is what it looks like in the can and out

And no, that is not a frog upside down barfing. It is the glue used when it was shipped to me.

In the next week or so I will try and make my own funnel as posted elsewhere.

This really does a good job of forcing the corn down to the spinner.

Flintlock1776,
How about this for a suggestion, since you are going to make another one: drill out the pop rivets and then use the  sheet metal as a pattern for your new one.   Also make a paper template for next time.  Put the old one back together and do the same with the new one.  Are you using a standard 5 gallon buck to hold your feed?

Currently this one goes in a  6 gallon bucket. I also have a smaller bucket likely 5 gallon. Once the PVC arrives I will see if I should put this one in the 6 gallon bucket and use the PVC for the smaller bucket. I think the current funnel covers the down spout tigher
