How rare is it to kill a turkey with 3 spurs on one leg?

i killed him few years back and buddy of mine told me i needed to call him in to the NWTF. He has 3 spurs on his left leg from why i can tell. Everyone who has looked at him says same thing they have never saw or heard of it before. Has me wondering how rare this could be.

Definitely worth looking into. I've never heard of multiple spurs on one leg.

i did call NWTF and ask to speak to a wildlife biologist. But never heard from anyone. i emailed them today asking and will post pics as soon as i can.

Sorry it took so long. Dropped my phone at deer stand and crushed screen. The third spur maybe hard to see from angle. Only one I could get without taking full mount off wall. Third spur is on inside of leg hooking back to the front
