Yari - No its not, they are going to do an MRI next Tuesday and has a Doc Appt next Friday...he went yesterday and found out that it was a meniscus tear and the doc with have him on his feet in no time, so he will not miss any hunting time at all this year....but first things first, get him back on his feet....

Doc gave him a cortisone shot in his knee, told him to throw away those crunches and put some weight back on that knee......so it looks good for now for Jap51....hopefully he will get on TH and tell you the story himself.....

Went down today to take measurements for a materials list. Found we had some trespassers coming in around the gate on what appears to be a UTV probably kids playing. Removed a good majority of the tin roofing material off Boballistics shed and tarped the camper damage.

I will be there on Nov 3rd, leaving on the 2nd. I'm ready to help out where I can. I will be bringing a gun, hammer and duct tape. Should be fixed up in no time.  @--0--0118

Gut in the south you got to have bailing wire with the duct tape, when it gets hit the duct tape melts so the bailing wire kicks in. I made BoBalistic a little progression video.

WOW, the loggers really cleared out the camp site, where is the shade? On a positive note, I won't be cleaning pine needles out of the truck for the next 3 months after I leave.  --099-780 I know that BO really appreciates the help with getting his place back to a livable condition. See ya soon.

Gut to get shade now you have to have an umbrella it's a mess. Gotta love loggers, they should be required to clean up before they leave.

Nice video Metalman...I'll see you early Friday morning and we'll get the demo finished. Looks like you got a lot done. The worst part about this is the heat we've been working in. Got to 93 last weekend. We sure could use some cooler weather and rain. However, as the old saying goes you can't eat an elephant in one bite. Little by little we're getting things turned around in our favor. Looking forward to seeing you Gutshot...only request bring the cold weather with you!

I guess 90 is cooler than 93, I'll box some of that up for you.  --099-780

Ouch, that sucks. I hope you get it put back together or come up with a replacement before deer season.

Metalman - I owe you big time....thank you so much for spending your time, effort and gas on my camper....Wow, cannot every thank you enough....per phone conversation with Split Toe on Monday, he said the tear down will be finished by the weekend...he will be right...cannot believe what you have done and are doing....between you and Split Toe, and others have done wonders for the camp...

We have faced a bunch of challenges over the last few years, with the logging/clear cutting the land and now this....little by little it will get better.....

I have watched the video a few times now and you are right in saying that my camper miss the bullet when it came to the tree behind the camper....that is a good video especially with the music, it gives me an ear worm that I will be humming to rest of the day....the camera you are using, I am have to get one of those as well and mount it on my hat....

I will be down there late on the 10th....we have a couple of weekends between now and then and no telling what you guys will do!!! Thanks a million thanks to you for taking your time and gas for the effort....I have a question, where is Gunner?? Sort of expected to see him wondering around the camp there...I bet he loves coming down there.....

Wish I could get there to help, between Gut and me, we have enough tools to get you up in a weekend! The damage on the camp didn't look too bad, just your cover got smashed. Good luck getting it back up.
