Don't know that these old time scope existed and you can purchased them from Midway USA....they are not cheap but cool to look at and possible through....it sure would be nice to set one of these on an old time size lock muzzle loader....

yari - you are too young...if you look at some of the civil war photos of snipers you will see similar scopes on those old rifles, you might even look back at the Revolution War as well....Remember Leupold and Ruger Open their doors in 1949....

i think i saw these on the old westerns. buffalo hunters, sharp shoooters, maybe old war movies. i had to shake the dust off the old brain to remember
