I tried them but they seem to not hold power long especially in the cold. Try disposable lithiums. More expensive but seems to work for me

I would go with duracells if it were me, all I will use.  go through 2 sets of batteries a year in my moultries and one set a year in my cuddebacks
tank of gas: $50
hunting licence: $190
ammo: $20
getting to spend time with family and hunting buddies: priceless

Agree.
Used rechargeable and did not last as long.  On the up side, once you buy enough of them, will be cheaper in the long run.  Just have enough to change out and recharge.

I'm with PJ on the rechargeables.  Mostly using Energizers with decent results.  Have used Duracells in the past too, but don't see them for sale that much around here lately.

Not a big fan of rechargeable batteries. I use Duracell and they will last a year in my Brownings. If you have a Sam's in you area they have the best deal I've found on Duracell batteries.
