My 2016 Tom Turkey Mount

A bit of a miscommunication between me and my taxidermist last year. Since I never had a turkey pro mount my past Toms I thought "mounted" meant on a plaque. The picture shows what the taxidermist did.  I now had to leave the mount with him. He will build a custom backboard and hang the spurs, beard and feathers onto a grey like board with a weathered look. Not sure how long this will take and it will have to sit in his shop in Dublin GA until I get back (I hope) for 2018 opening week.

It will be nice to get them back and properly mounted on the plaque!
