Time to light the charcoal and get the sauce ready.  Good job knocking down another one.   ##$%#111

what's the story?  we all want to know!

Not much of a story here.  My brother and one of his friends wanted to come out to hog hunt so we started putting corn out for about two week prior.  About 15 minutes before sunset this guy popped out and then took a dirt nap at 180 yards using a .270.  My brother missed one about ten minutes later at a different spot.  I believe they shot at a total of four pigs in two days (only one confirmed kill).  We're gong tonight and will post pictures if we have any luck!

Buckone - They quartered him out and took him home.  I believe he is going to mount the head.  We no longer mess with them regarding eating.  They don't taste bad, but don't expect it to taste like a domestic pig either.  The meat has a grayish color when you cook it.  Wear gloves while skinning and cook the meat until the internal temperature is above 165 and it should be fine.  They are nasty and have too many disease associated with them for me to risk cleaning and eating.
