Buckatash is planted
« on: August 01, 2016, 01:44:57 PM »
I planted the 1st of my fall food plots yesterday. I normally do not plant this early. I like to wait until mid August but the ground worked great and had plenty of moisture in it and the 7 day forecast looks good for getting some more rains. Once the Buckatash starts growing I will post some pictures. I plan on planting the other two plots in mid August.

Best of luck we'll be planting our plots the end of the month.

Snort - I got that bag of Buckatash you sent sowed & fertilized yesterday, now just need some moisture.  Will keep you posted on how it does.  The weather here has just been goofy all summer, hopefully we can get a change in that pattern for the fall.
