I might know someone that did. is that in the nuclear test area where you can't eat anything? if so I have a client that shot a giant bear there. had to bride all the way. it sounded dangerous. he shot a dandy bear though

I know that it was off-limits military base even to Russians for quite a while but not sure about the nuclear testing probably sounds like a good location.

I know the bear he shot was full of trichinosis or something nasty. he also said the transportation was old military trucks and helicopters. he was told to bring plenty of dollar bills for bribe money. it sounded like an adventure. with their economy in rough shape I would be careful
