WalleyeBlast Nicknames
« on: April 22, 2016, 03:49:04 PM »
Some new nicknames were tagged this year. Last year we had knucklehead, popsicle, and big wind breaker.

This year we have backcaster, blowhole and hot rod. Now let's see which member is willing to explain before I spill the beans.  @--0--0121 'Cause you know I will.

Well I see you forgot the other name...as you went from Dr. Drip to Dr. Hook... @--0--0105

I'm backcaster...I'm a big bass fisherman and use a baitcaster 90% of the time. While I do fish with a spinning reel in certain situations it's not my reel of choice. I thought Dutch would be nice and name me swish as that was  the sound the rod makes when I cast...nothing but net! I make really long cast. On several occasions I would let the line slip off my finger on the backward motion of the rod. One time it went from the back of the boat all the way over the front bow. Really nice cast but wrong direction. "Danger Will Roberson" Split toe is on board your taking your life in your on hands fishing with him. The guys got a big laugh out of those moments... @--0--0127

Hmm I remember fishing with a guy that his crank bait hit about three times in one day.

Alright now Dr. Drip behaved pretty good. Active duty only one of the three days. Do you know the extreme self control I had to muster. Dr. Hook however needed to make a house call. The rain suit has already been packed for next year. I hope I'll be able to make it and keep it in the duffle bag. What a great time we had and the fillets taste pretty good too!
