My one and only Rocky boots are over 20 years old.  I bought them in college and I think they were one of the original BearClaw's

The soles crumbled away and I've had them resoled but the uppers are stull holding up.  I hated to get them resoled, they still had the "Made In The USA" stomped on them. 

The Goretex is still keeping them water tight.Something in the inside has shifted to I can't wear them for extended periods but I still use them for mild temperature sit hunting, fishing and the like.

I applaud your enthusiasm and postings. It is very refreshing to have a new member participate.
 
As MPI Team leader I am going to caution you about embedded links. Haband is a competitor with our own TalkHunting store. Hopefully this was just an oversight. Great review. i have had several pair of Rocky boots for work and they were pretty nice- never got wet feet but the steel toes (as with other safety boots) made my feet cold when it was below freezing.
