Tag Soup with Muzzleloader and Rifle

I'm making soup this weekend.  I may boil quarter legs from doe for broth!
Down to bow season here in OK.  I am missing Arkansas last weekend muzzleloader this weekend!  Aaaargh!

Foss sorry to hear things didn't go your way this year in OKC. That's just part of hunting and we've all been there. However, it's just great to be in the good old outdoors. On a positive note Arkansas was pretty good to you this year... --09--0

I know, I know.....At the very least I put the tag $$ to use towards conservation.
Now, I'll have the challenge of hopefully taking a deer with a bow where I took a 12 point buck last year.                        %^$^

Haven't filled a tag either, but I do have fresh venison.  Someone was kind enough to hit a doe with their vehicle, and they left it.  Called the sheriff's dept and they wrote me a permit to keep it.  However, I'm still working on filling at least one tag.
Don't ask the Lord to guide your steps, unless you're willing to move your feet.

Been hunting since Oct 1 and still nothing here except for the one I hit with my truck last night. The truck is fine. I gave the deer to someone that needs it more than I do.   My seasons end Jan 1 so time is running short to get it done.
