very slow, very little movement during daylight hours, Wonder if the above normal temps are part of the problem.

We have had a good year. My son, daughter, and I have got our biggest bucks to date this year and my wife is hunting for the first time ever during our firearms season. My daughters boyfriend went out for his first deer hunt with me and got his firsts buck. Wife has passed many shots on smaller bucks, but she wants a BIG 1, LOL. We still have time to get her on one but it has slowed down for us also now.

I had high hopes this season as I have a new rifle for deer hunting, but I have not had a deer come in close enough for a shot.  The DNR approved the use of basically pistol rounds 35 cal or larger for deer hunting in what used to be a shotgun only zone.  The few deer I have seen are either very close to the property line or on the neighbor's land.  Too long of a shot for my rifle chambered for 45LC.

Took a doe and two bucks with a .270 rifle in Arkansas.  Now I just need to get some Oklahoma deer by the end of this coming week.  Otherwise it will come down to luck with
my bow!                            %^$^

I've hunted the past two weekends and nothing so far. Saw some deer last weekend but couldn't get a shot off and this weekend it was warm with temps hitting 75 during the daytime and little to no movement of deer during daylight hours seen!

I got my first bow kill in WI in October.  MN rifle season was slow, a couple does and a spike was all that I seen in the 3 weekends I went, buck only regulations

I hunted Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge on a 3 day archery hunt.  Had a handful of small bucks come by but no shooters.

I didn't get a chance to bow hunt in October other than the 3 days at Hagerman.  I was busy coaching my sons football team through the playoffs and to the Super Bowl.  Plus the weather in October was still in the mid 90's and I just didn't have the desire to hunt in those conditions.

Since our regular season opened the first weekend of November no one in our camp has fired a shot.  We have seen one 2.5 year old 8 point that was passed on.  No other deer have even been seen.  We are discouraged this year to say the least.  Our deer have left for some reason.
