weekend update
« on: November 01, 2015, 07:21:26 PM »
wow, what a bust. have I mentioned you can't believe ANYTHING weatherman say. it was completely opposite. it rained every day and the wind swirled all day/everyday between 15-35 mph

I never saw a buck or got one on cam in 4 days. I saw several does and fawns from a distance observation stands. nobody was nervous or pestering any of them, not even little bucks. odd

the next 3-4 days will be way above normal temps. that will slow it down worse. hopefully it gets cold this weekend so it busts lose up north

good luck to all

Hang in there...we're having the same problem lots of rain and way above normal temperature. The chasing phase of the rut has started here. Some really cool weather would be nice...
