2015 Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge Permit
« on: July 07, 2015, 02:27:13 PM »
I was fortunate to get drawn in 2014.  I had a great hunt. On day 1 I harvested a doe which qualified me for automatic selection for the 2015 hunt.

I took my proficiency test (archery) last week and mailed in my score card And hunt fee.

I just got my permit, I'm legal, and I'm ready for the big H!  I'll start my scouting in early October. Should be another fun 3 days once I finally get in the stand in early November.

That's great news. I enjoyed the pictures from last year. Time to get the bike out!

Yes sir. Maybe my partner won't peter out on me this year.  I can get it done by myself if need be.

No. The doe "auto draw" is only good or one year.  Next year I'll start over with zero points and gain 1 point per year until drawn again.

I wish. It took me 6 years to get drawn last year.  Now they are in a point system.   So I should at least get to hunt there every 3-4 years.
