What a ball we all had...big shout out to Soft Plastic Guru as he worked his butt off and kept us on fish. We got into a lot of Sheephead on the last day. However they were fun to catch! Have no clue how to post pictures like MI Bowhunter so it will take a few post. It took me 11 and a half hours to get home as rain started in Ohio and ended at the Georgia line however worth every minute on the road. Looking forward to cooking up some of those Walleye when I get back from Denver, Co. Wife and I are driving out in the morning.

The fishing was better during the wind to help with the drift. It was cool in the morning but this warmed up during the day.

While I did manage to beat Gutshot out for the big fish of the trip...WV on the first day of the trip in the evening hooked a monster and just could not do anything with that fish and lost it near the boat we all wanted to see that fish...we took this first picture that afternoon with him with his fish... @--0--0105

It was really a great time as everyone caught fish and the fellowship was excellent.

We were jigging for all fish caught 3/4oz jigs. Fishing in 17 to19 feet of water. Water temp was around 48 to 49 degrees. Limit is 4 per person (5) guys with the boat limit 24 per boat counting the captain. We had several limits. Gutshot caught one about 4 1/2 pounds and the smack talk started...it wasn't long after that I got one about 5 pounds and shut that smack talk down...all fish must be 15" or better. WV hooked one that he could not do anything with before he finally got off that would of been 10 plus I'm betting. We caught a lot of 13" to 14" fish. MI Bowhunter was catching a lot of fish but he had his share of short ones. Really great time had by all...

I figured you guys would be having a great time and the pics proved me right.  It would have been great to be able to go down there and spend some time with you, but I happen to have out of state family staying with us for a few days.

Sounds like a tremendous time out there.  Split, hope you don't have saddle sores by the time you get back from Denver, that's a lot of windshield time.
One of God's greatest gifts to us is
the great outdoors - get out there
and enjoy it!
