I was first to limit out then Split toe. Why do the old guys have to carry the crew? All the time!  @--0--0102  --099-780  @--0--0102

WV arrive, finally! He may be the cornhole champ but fishing NOT SO MUCH!  @--0--0102

We are having a great time, post more later. I don't want my typing to wake anyone up.

3:50 in the morning? I think the rest of the guys need to pour a few adult beverages in you to keep you in bed tomorrow.

don't crow to loud buddy. I've seen things change drastically from day to day. wait until the trip is over to start the ribbing. I learned that early in my fishing career

good luck. any big ones?

Yes we fished!!  I rained pretty good most for the morning with a short period of clear/misting.   They hit early then it tapered off.  We ended up with 9 in the cooler  on Thursday.  Note if you fishin  in the rain make sure you are not on ther drad side of the boat.  The other side requires a bit more work to keep the bait active but the rain hits you in the back rather than square in the face.   ;D

It was a fun few days.    I had met everyone in our group before through SummerBlast and a meet and greet. We got to meet up with another member ligpd who was fishing out of the same marina with group of his friends and hang out at the local bar  for a couple hours.   It was a great time.

If anyone has not come out to one of these TH events you are definitely missing out.   You will be hard pressed to find a better group of people to spend a few minutes or a few days with.

Here are some pics in no particular order, I took them off of two cameras and didn't sort them by time.  It's hard to get's people from the front when fishing from a boat.  LOL  I did manage to snap a few while we were moving from spot to spot.

One of the trophy Rock and Muscle clusters caught over the week.

We did break occasionally for some "deep couch sitting."

Biggest catch of the week definitely goes to Dutch.   Though I'm not sure of the legality of snagging.  Hehehehe

As an added bonus I got to stop at a few sport stores on the way home as well as Cabelas and finally found some much needed 22lr.  Wooo Hooooo!!!!

I made it home in grand order. Got hung out to choke in Chi-town. Thought I'd be fine and miss rush hour. That was the plan anyway. 3.5 hours not the worst but I'd rather be fishing, hunting or even listening to Gut.

Another superb pictorial job MIB. You are absolutely correct about attending one of our events. There are no better people and friends. It was an honor to meet ligpd and his group.

I'll post more when I have a bit more time and energy. All of my smack-energy has been zapped, right WV you looser.  @--0--0102  --099-780

Well another Blast is in the books and hoping to do it again next year. It was great meeting with ligpd and his gang of friends, we all had a chance to eat dinner (knuckles) and more. There was a lot of (BS) story telling that went on and it was a great evening. Thanks Soft Plastic guru for another great trip on that bobber you call Rippinglipz. Clear that calendar for a couple of days next April and we will do it again.  ##$#@#$%

sounds like a great time. I could tell by the fishing stance that it was a little rough. spread eagle bracing against the side means HOLD ON. nice bunch of wallys. I still have to get out on soft water this year. one of these days I need to get out there
