  I thought he was a little bigger than I though. Although he is a nice deer, he scored right at 118. His mass was a little off for what we shoot, he was right at 14 1/2 wide and had a nice kicker on him.. I had a first week that was full of doe and small bucks, and the second week brought the full moon and rain, It was getting down to the end of my hunt and comfort when I took this one.

Regardless of the score, he is still a nice buck, congrats.  All deer you take, they are trophies in their own way.  The best part is that you get to celebrate at the dinner table!

he looks a little bigger than that. maybe it's the pic. 14 1/2"  is a little tight. still a nice buck
