Logan's first mount
« on: April 21, 2014, 09:17:01 AM »
If some of y'all remember Logan killed a huge mallard back in January. It's now home and hanging in the landing position in his room. The taxidermist said it was the largest mallard he ever mounted. He said he had to use the "Daffy Duck" form. So we named him Daffy.

I have shot a ton of mallards over the years and I must say that either Logan is very small or that one big green head. Tell him congrats and great looking mount.

Very nice. I know hes proud of that one.. My nephew shot a big ten point his first deer, and I told him you just shot what most people hunt a lifetime for, you may spend your lifetime trying to beat that one.. I think that applies to this green head.. Hes a stud..  --9-908
