this was the second buck we shot in four days in the same spot looking for any leftover wintergreens.This was his first ever bowhunting kill and his son shot a smaller one(his first also)the next night.That made three in five days in the same area after a quiet fall for bucks.It is always nice in this hectic world when we can still make time to get together and enjoy the outdoors.

Well done Gander.  Once the bulk of the breeding is done, these bucks are looking for the best food they can find to pack the fat back on to get them through the rest of the winter - sounds like your food plot has accomplished its mission!

lol buckbone....my bil absolutely hates cameras...he really was very happy when we found it...it went a fair distance
