I have never seen a great bob cat mount so what would I do if I had the chance to get one.  Of course I would still shoot one if I ever saw one in the wild. Turkey killers.

He's doing the balance beam trick for you. The log walker. You need to take him out before he eats all your turkey and fawns

Are they protected in your neck of the woods Split Toe?
I agree that he should be taken out if possible. What good they serve is a mystery to me.

He would make a nice mount placed on the log just like that....You have a picture to show the taxidermist as to how you want him mounted when he goes down.

I could never shoot a cat, unless it was attacking me or my family.

Ol Turtleman caught one by hand the other day. I couldn't believe he even tried. But they got it and bagged it up.

The place on the red river I hunted last year had some kind of hybrid cats. They were a cross between a lynx and a bobcat. They were tall with longer legs than a bobcat. I tried and tried to call one but never could. And every time I saw one I had my bow and it was out of range. I sure was wanting one to mount. But I lost that place so it looks like they'll live another year.
