some before pics...I did get the power plant in the upper plot...fell a bit short but braccs will make up the difference...and or corn....still need to plant the lower plot....

Thanks...I didn't realize and it makes me rather pleased as to how well camouflaged my hunting blind is in that last picture....the little clover plot in front of it also contains small burnett and alfalfa..those are late producing young apple and pears I planted in that plot that should be great in 3-4 years

Finally it dried back up enough to plant the lower plot...so in went the feild corn and the last of the power plant...I left a tractor wide lane bordering the clover plot....which I had to mow for a second time....and that will be planted in tall tines this fall...it will also allow for access to the lane way and fencing job...just mowed that so I will do a spray down or two and prep that for planting next year..
 the winter rye I over seeded with clover is now taller than my 5' 5" frame and starting to dry a bit. Amazing what a lot of rain will do...lol...the clover is growing well in it...this should make the turkeys and what ever happy this summer...pic I took 2 weeks ago

wished my clover looked that good....I still keep having grass coming in.....I'm going to put lime and fertilizer on it this weekend....
