first i get yote's then a bob cat then more yotes and now i get cows eating my rice bran and one even tried to go for the cam.

don't worry about the cows,  they don't bother the deer at all.  I have seen the deer even run around and the calves would chase the deer and the deer would chase the calves.  I have also had sever pictures of cows and deer in the same picture with the deer in the food plots and the cows just outside it.
