It's always exciting to see wildlife up close.  Here's a couple of pics I took back in 2009.  This little spike was only about 8-10 yds away.

Here is one I took this fall while hunting Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge.  There was a third one but he didn't cooperate for the photo shoot.

We have all made the same misses for sure. Problem is, how many of us practice 5-10 yard shots as part of our regular practice? Need to do it more.
