ton of lime to spread and fall plots to get in

Zos41:
Got a ton of lime yesterday and started spreading it today. Have to spread it all by hand.  Due to to little time this year, the only food plots I will get in will be fall plots, but still have time to get in some WTI wintergreens and Talltinetubers, not sure what else I will put in, a couple of fall WTI noplow plots back in the woods are in the plans.

From the instructions I still have time to get in a fall plot of WTI clover so think I will do that.

Sharon helped spread lime today and will tomorrow, but Monday she goes in for her 2nd catarack surgury (right eye this time) that will mean she will be restricted duty for a couple of weeks

Hope everything goes good w/ the surgery. Sounds like you got a good start on your winter food plots

I just got my soil sample results back...my ph is 6.4 on one plot and 6.3 on the other, recommended 1/2 ton of lime and fertilizer per acre....not bad considering I haven't limed it since I bought it...

Split toe:
Be careful out there Zos...sure hope you guys don't have the heat we've got down south...good luck!
