wouldn't be hard to twist my arm on that either. hands down, LAKE OF THE WOODS is the best consistent fishing i've found. it's a drive though

If we can get this going I'd be honored to have it here on the farm out in my yote field. 20 miles N of Menomonie, 70 miles NE Twin Cities, 40 miles NW Eau Claire.
I have spoken to locally competing RV dealers. They may be interested in becoming sponsors of the event and our regional board. They each may supply campers as housing units for a local Get-2-Gether if we would like to hold it in the winter. They are checking on insurance and liability concerns. They would NOT supply the LP for heat or GAS for gennies so BYOB. I guess if you have one you could BYORV! I will contact some local rental places to see if a deal can be worked on gennies if needed.
Let's toss around some dates, I think after the Holidays would be best. January can be brutally cold, February I think would be best, (What a great way to spend Valentines Day, camping in the snow @--0--0129), March can get pretty heavy with snow, April can get a little sloppy if the frost starts to come out.
I was thinking a long weekend event is possible start on Friday go to Sunday ('course I don't have to commute ;D). Depending on the itinerary and how many hearty members would attend.
