Bear Encounter
« on: June 01, 2012, 06:31:51 PM »
Just purchased a new bow for 2012 and got a Bear Encounter. Boy, is it sweet! No, it's not a high end bow but it is fast and super quiet! The only thing I hear after release is the arrow hitting the target. No more 'clunk' when the arrow gets moving! I was shooting a Jennings Trophymaster and it shot good but I got a bonus at work and it was time to look at a new one. The Bear websie said you don't have to pay a lot to get a quality bow and of course, everyone would say that but it's true, it is just a nice bow!

Congrats on your new bow. I've owned several Bear bows and they have always performed well for me.

Bear bows have a good reputation and they look great.  The new bow should get you excited for this falls season

A good bow that you shoot well is all that matters, BC, not the price!!   Hope it brings you luck!!!
